The right loan for your next big step
Whether you're upgrading your car, investing in new equipment, renovating your home or growing your business, the right loan can help turn your plans into reality. But with so many loan options out there, it can be hard to choose the best one for your needs.
We have access to a wide range of lenders, so we can help you find a loan that suits your situation, whether that means a competitive interest rate or repayments that fit your budget. We guide you through the application so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Let us help you get the right loan for your next big step.

What we can help with
One broker for every loan
Beyond home loans, these are the loans we can help you compare and apply for.
Car loans
For a new or used car, for personal or business use. We compare the rate, fees and features that change the cost, such as the term and any balloon payment.
Equipment and asset finance
Fund vehicles, machinery, tools or technology for your business. The asset itself usually secures the loan, so you can keep cash in the business.
Business loans
Finance to extend your business operations, from a new site to more capacity. What's available depends on your business, its finances and the security you can offer.
Renovations
Planning work on your home? A home loan top-up or a construction loan may suit better than other finance. See renovating your home and construction loans.
Before you commit
Things to know before you sign
Use the comparison rate
For a car loan, the lender must give you the comparison rate: one figure that includes the interest rate and fees. Compare loans with the same amount and term.
Balloon payments cost more
A balloon lowers your regular repayments but leaves a lump sum at the end, and you pay interest on it the whole time. Be sure you can pay it when it's due.
Fees at the dealership
Finance arranged at a dealership can include fees for several parties, such as a broker, an introducer and the lender. Ask who is involved and what each fee is before you sign.
Secured or unsecured
A secured loan usually has a lower rate, but the lender can repossess the car or equipment if you don't pay. An unsecured loan often costs more but doesn't put the asset at risk.
The total cost, not just the repayment
A longer term means smaller repayments but more interest. Adding a car to your home loan may get a lower rate, but spreading it over the life of the home loan can cost more overall.
Business loans and tax
Credit for business purposes generally isn't covered by the National Credit Code, so read the terms carefully. The tax and GST treatment of asset finance depends on the structure: ask your accountant.

“Phillip was amazing. Not only did he help us find the loan we desired, he was proactive with our conveyancer, the bank and all other parties involved to make sure we had our i's and t's, ticked and crossed. As a first home buyer this was invaluable. Thankyou Phillip for helping us with our first home.”

Frequently Asked, Clearly Answered
A balloon (or residual) payment is a lump sum due at the end of the loan. It makes your regular repayments smaller, but you pay interest on that amount for the whole term, so the loan generally costs more in total. Only choose one if you're confident you can pay it when it's due.
It can mean a lower interest rate, but if the car is paid off over the remaining term of your home loan, you may pay more interest overall. If you do it, a separate loan split repaid over a few years keeps it on track. We can compare both options with you.
Each credit application is recorded on your credit report, and too many in a short time can lower your score. Comparing options with a broker before you apply means you can apply to the lender that fits, rather than trying several.
Yes. Businesses commonly finance vehicles, machinery and equipment, usually secured by the asset. The right structure depends on your tax and GST position, so talk to your accountant. Loans for business purposes generally aren't covered by the National Credit Code.
For a personal loan, usually ID, recent payslips and bank statements, and details of your other debts. For a business, usually financial statements or tax returns, BAS, and a quote or invoice for the asset. Requirements vary by lender and loan size, and we tell you exactly what's needed.
